Walk around tasting. Three different versions were tasted - same wine with different levels of dosage - respectively 2, 3, and 5 g/l. This wine is typically made from Meunier, so 2015 from Pinot Noir is a rarity and expect that probably one version will be produced.

2 g/l was brutally austere, but just 3 g/l was charming, rounded and showing bright fruit that suddenly seemed ripe. 5 f/l was soft and fleshy and slightly less exciting, even though the nose is floral, spicy and enticing.
