From half. Spice, black fruit, roasted red bell pepper; palate is full bodied, elegant style, blackberry, medium-plus acid, medium alcohol; long finish. Delicious. 92-93

Aromatic, orange marmalade, fresh nose without much botrytis, some spice; palate is full bodied, significant sweetness but not cloying at all, nice freshness especially through the midpalate, notable saffron which I’ve had in Rieussec a lot; medium-long finish. Really nice, especially for a low botrytis year, and at early maturity with decades ahead of it. 91
Day 2 and 3: Not really much different. Stage 3 sauternes with still good sweetness but also distinct notes of maturity with some caramel, creme brulee, saffron. I really enjoyed this, especially for the price. My only bottle, but this will go 20 years for sure.
