Attractive candied cherry with stem spice. Richly fruited but still fresh and lively. I could enjoy a bottle of this pre-bottled Village wine now. 89-91

Attractive smoky, peppery and meaty nose. Palate has round, delicious fruit with serious concentration. Riper fruit yet fresh and lively. Jeremy says the vineyard does well in warm years as it sees cooling breeze from the Gevrey hills. 92-93+

Gorgeous spice filled aromatics. Very showy now with intense spice and bright black cherry fruit that screams Vosne. A pure and seamless Vosne that benefits/lengthens from bright acidity. 93+

More of everything relative to the Beaux Monts but also less showy and approachable. Darker cherry with more Asian spice intensity and some dark chocolate notes. Plenty of rich fruit stuffing that is matched by structure though that will take some time to integrate. 93-94+

Bold and more brooding than the Vosne 1er cru wines. Serious grand cru concentration with mouth coating rich, dense and powerful fruit. Nice brightness in the finish. This will need time. 93-95

Wow, explosive nose of dark cherry, spice, mineral, herbs and stems. Once again very rich and concentrated fruit with nice brightening acidity. More tannic structure that clamps down the finish. Needs time. 94-96

My favorite among the 2018s. Expressive aromas of pure candied red cherries, florals, spice and stem. While this has a load of fruit and Grand Cru concentration its weightless and fresh with suave tannin. Balancing tension adds textural complexity. 95-97+ Wow.

Oaked portion (7/8th of final blend): Ripe sweet pear and floral nose. Palate is rich yet fresh with orchard fruit laced with minerals and a smoky note.

Unoaked portion (1/8th of final blend): More slate and mineral than fruit in the nose. Palate is mineral-driven and racy. While this lacks depth and texture, I can see how it adds cut and tension to the final blend.

60 year old vines. Ripe orchard fruit with citrus peel and mineral accents. Rich, luscious and juicy fresh. Good breadth and depth across the palate. Forward, yet balanced. 91-92+

Nose full of bright lemon and mineral notes. Melon and citrus fruit palate with a chiseled precision. More lightweight and zippy than the Puligny whites. 90-92

Pop n pour. After the series of 2018 barrel samples, the cooler and more restrained 2017 vintage profile pops. Cooler red cherry with good stem spice on the nose. Elegant red and black cherry with intense Vosne spice. Fresh and transparent style. 92+

Wow, a gorgeous stemmy red cherry nose with spice and earth layering. So round and plush on the palate with a bright, mineral freshness. Intense spice and stem throughout. Complete and delicious. 95+

One of the wines that turned me on to Dujac. Attractive nose of maturing red fruits with good stem spice throughout. Delicious palate with some notions of maturing complexity in earth and leather notes emerging. Still quite structured with plenty of time needed to resolve. 93-94+

A wow wine. Captivating and haunting nose of red and black cherry with a dizzying array of spice, herbs and leather. So damn sexy. Terrific rich, mouth coating fruits that are fresh yet showing great complex layering. 95+
