I have two bottles left -- maybe wait another year and still give it 1-2 hours on opening... was truly a pleasure at 4 hours so don't want to miss that experience on next bottle.

Drinking much better than a year ago, will sit on last bottle. Showing no coloration of age, and still a bit wound. Opened only slightly with 3 hours in the bottle, a little better with vinturi, but no substitute for a little more time.
