breathed in the bottle for 3 hrs and decanted for another 1 hr.

nose of barnyard, tea leave, and mineral.

smooth and long finishing with slight edgy acidity. may need a few more years in bottle.

as compared to the last bottle i drank 2 yrs+ ago, i noticed the significantly diminished aroma, which impressed me a lot when i first tasted the bottle 2 yrs ago.

Breathed in the bottle for 5 hrs and decanted for 1 hr. it went well with grill dinner with lamb, leeks, steak n king fish.

Very good aroma of vanilla, plum n dried fruit. On palate, medium + body, smooth tannin, itnwas a bit dry but got mellow down over the course of dinner. Red fruits, savory n a little sweet aftertaste which paired well with the grills. Very enjoyable bottle.

decanted for 1hr and drank over 2 hrs on friday nite.

light ruby in color. nose of floral, red fruits. on palate, medium body and slightly dry finishing and a bit on the lighter side. it gained weight on palate after 2 hrs of decanting. easy drinking but i finds it a bit straightforward, and linear.

dark, or almost inky color. decanted for 1.5hrs and drank over 2 hrs.

enticing nose of blackberry, licourice. on palate, it was very tannin and heavy on palate upon first tasting. things started falling in together after 2 hrs, when the tannin mellow down, and texture got smoother, less oak. good QPR.

decanted for 1hr+ & drank it over 2 hrs.

nose: savoury, floral and noticeable alcohol heat (kind of right in your face & caught me by surprise).

palate: a little dry on 1st sip, blackberry. alcohol heat mellowed down significantly after 2hr. not bad, but this bottle required lotsa of air.

decanted for abt 30min, and drank over 2 hrs.

upon opening, it exhibits a very good nose of vanilla, licorice, dried fruits. but, it doesnt follow thru on palate, as we found its taste was thin.

it gained weight after it opened up after 1hr+, and the taste came together, nice texture and soft tannin and good length.

medium finishing and tannin. the tannin softened quite a fair bit with decanting of abt 1+ hrs. drinking ok, and better than what i expected after reading various TN.

breathed in the bottles for 3+ hrs, and drank over 2 hrs dinner.

light red color. beautiful nose of floral, herb and mineral. upon first serving, it was on the light body, silky tannin/ balanced acidity. it gained weight on palate towards the end of dinner (similar to the 1st bottle tt i drank 1+yr ago). it is drinking very well now. excellent bottle!

i find it slightly too thin on the palate, fair poorer as it stood side by side with Barolo.

heavy body, fine tannin, taste of black currant, barnyard, vanilla and hint of coffee.

find it a tab too over extracted & too much fruits, not as fine/balanced as 2004 tt i drank last month.

nose of plum, tea, cherry. very complex and enticing, and prompted me to taste it.

medium to full body, soft tannin, and very savoury, and end with good length. a few more yrs will be good, but it is drinking well now!

aroma of red fruit, hint of plum and cedar. surprisingly missing of edgy tannin despite the young age and good vintage (2009). medium body, silky tannin, note of vanilla, and an excellent QPR.

very intense and perfumed nose of red fruit. very enticing.

first sip after approx 30min decanting, i found it a tab too sweet to my liking, kind of over-extracted. fine tannin and long finishing. the sweetness mellow down quite a bit after another hr.

it was a bit closed on both nose and palate initially, it opened up very nicely over 1hr and drinking well toward the end as it is less edgy on palate.

nose of leather, tobacco, cedar. and medium tannin and finishing. good value drink.

opened in bottle for 3 hrs, decanted half bottle for 1 hr.

initial nose of earth, cedar, smokey wood, licorice and floral. very pleasant and strong nose as i could smell the bottle when it placed near to my on the table.

medium finishing with silky smooth texture, with cedar, licorice on palate. layers of flavour opened up in the glass and it went very well with steak dinner. i finished the rest of the bottle during the supper time, the nose was a bit closed (prob due to the low temp served as i put it back to wine fridge) and more prominent nose of plum, and dried rose. a very well made bordeaux and enjoyable one.
