This wine is kind of seductive. It lures you in with notes of vanilla, dark cherry, coffee, soft oakiness, soft fruit tannins, and a hint of spiciness. Great stuff.

Oaky as stink. Surprisingly good. Definitely exceeded my expectations. I am not a fan of NC wine in general. This was an exception. I have seldom had a better chard for this price.

Nice light white. Kind of one dimensional. I get some light citrus in the nose. Taste is very clean. No oak at all because the wine is stainless steel aged. Great stuff for the money.

I call this bottle HMOG. Which stands for holy mother of God. Incredible bottle of wine. Absolutely delicious. Everything in balance. Lots of fruit. Just the right amount of tannins. A bit of oak. Dark chocolate. Plum. Cherry. You get the idea. Pricy, yes. But worth it.
