Very floral, complex bouquet. Full body yet very refreshing. Long finish.

2014 M. Chapoutier Domaine de Bila-Haut Occultum Lapidem Côtes du Roussillon Villages Latour Red Rhone Blend (view label images)
Round, lushy, but still elegant and balanced. A bit sweet to my taste.
White
Petrol, honey, even noble rot (?) in the nose. Very delicate, beautiful velvety feel in the mouth. One of the best rieslings in this price category for a while!

One of my favourite San Gimignano. When aerated and served little bit warmed (12°C) the bouquet rises much better. Oily and petrol after taste.
White
Very good Vermentino, one of my favourites from Toscana. More aromatic and slightly sweeter than usual for Toscana.
White - Sparkling
Buttery, but still very very refreshing. Very good example of the potential of the Gavi sparkling!
White
Amazing nectar, with sweet honey and a bouquet of flowers! Perfect with cold white fish dish with pickled carrots.
Red
Ok first of all: this is anything but what you know as "wine". Smooth grape juice with really earthy tones. Easy drinkability and went quite well with cheeses and charcuterie. Would drank definitely again.

Aromatic and very interesting wine. Very good with white / mild blue cheeses.
Red
Beautiful smooth character. Enjoyable even with antipasto
White
Beautifully oily structure with perfectly shaping acids. Gives more with every sip. Had this with charcuterie & cheeses, a perfect pairing!
White
White with power and complex fruit. Great pairing with cheeses (brie, tomme, gruyere...)
Red
Natural, great acidity integration. Perfect balance

Surprisingly well structured, even silky power for a german pinot noir. Lovely wine.
White - Sparkling
Amazing complexity, beautiful structure. Power and finesse in perfect balance! I just love everything in this champagne, beats many more expensive ones easily. Found it for 35€ and it really was worth it.
White - Sparkling
Absolutely beautiful prosecco.
White
Very beautiful wine for low price. One of the best vinho verdes I have tasted.
White
Nice acidity with some toast. Long finish with mouthwatering feel. Perfect with mussels.
White - Sweet/Dessert
Amazing concentration, nice acidity/sweetness balance. Especially with cheese selection, a perfect choice! Will last many years to come.
White
Reminds of Jura chardonnays. Ripe apples and fruits, buttery.

Classy northern Burgundy. There is some power on the mouth yet still quite pleasing.

Rosé
This is the rose I love. Mineral, fresh, mouth watering. Elegant rose.
Red
Quite dense and condensed. Cranberries and cherry. Round and mild bodied. A bit short in the end.
Red
1978 Henri de Villamont Charmes-Chambertin Charmes-Chambertin Grand Cru Pinot Noir
Had a sip at Sampler in London. Perfectly matured. Deep nose with herbals coming first. Tasty red fruits, raspberry even strawberry. Acids on the point, mouthwatering and leathery finish.
Red
I have been looking for an everyday pinot noir and I think I found it. (You can find this for under 7 euros.) Amazing quality to price ratio, balanced taste.
White
Very beautiful subtle blackcurrant notes, perfect acid balance. I enjoyed this with asparagus with hollandaise and the pairing was made in heaven. Price to quality hard to beat!
Red
2012 Château Lamothe Vincent Bordeaux Supérieur Red Bordeaux Blend (view label images)
Very promising nose but stays too dry and bitter on the mouth
Red
Very beautiful berries. Still fresh yet a bit leathery. Silky texture.
White
One of my all time favourites. Very well balanced, complex. Rich in aromas, really broad mouth.
Red
A bit too juicy. Raw, really thin. One dimensional. With food it was enjoyable though.
Red
Silky, well-balanced. I wouldn't have minded if it had more acids. Easyily enjoyable by itself!
Red
2011 Antinori Chianti Classico Pèppoli Chianti Classico DOCG Sangiovese Blend, Sangiovese (view label images)
Very delicate Chianti Classico, absolutely worth buying.
Red
Beautiful structure and complexity. A hint of leather and tobacco. Decanted well and it was just a pleasure to drink even on its own.
White
Absolutely fantastic. Amazing finesse, complex and fresh palate. Definitely one of the best chardonnays in California.
White - Sparkling
Very good for price. A little toasty which I liked.
Rosé
Beautiful complex provencal rose. Went well with different foods. I missed a bit more edges though.
Rosé
This wine was just nothing for me. Round, juicy, raspberry. Maybe with ice it could be enjoyable.
White
Buttery, nice structure.
Rosé
Amazing price to quality ratio. Just perfect on a summer evening. This actually won our rosé tasting (half-blind, 5 wines).
Orange
First it felt like too odd for me, but then after some decanting it went very nice with a cheese platter.
White
Maybe one of my favourite rieslings ever. Perfect balance and width. Warm floral notes a lot, fruity nectar, but acids save it all.
White
A lot of spices, and nice acids supporting the whole package. Maybe I just am not a GrüVe-guy. This would be good with anything though, maybe best on a hot summer day at the terrace on its own! :)
Red
Very balanced, nice acidity. Fruity. Easily drinkable, but not so interesting.

2011 M. Chapoutier Domaine de Bila-Haut Occultum Lapidem Côtes du Roussillon Villages Latour Red Rhone Blend (view label images)
Very interesting wine. Enjoyed it on a wintery evening by itself. Complex, lots of going on.
Red
Definetely needs a lot of air to give everything. First very harsh and sharp but rounds a lot in the glass. Nice sweet fruits, a bit acid, round, chewy finish.
