Decanted 4 hours on first day = no fruit and a lot of tannins and acidity. On day two: Nice nose of licorice and blueberry, dark fruit on the palate with stong tannins and good acidity. Has a lot of potential! Certainly 90+ in a decade!

Nice and subtle beaujolais. Stay away if you want the beaujolais nouveau-like garbage. This is elegant, delicat fruit. Perfect with Steak Tartare (Americain Nature).
