90% Cab Sav, resten Cab Franc, Petit Verdot.

Tycker detta har bra mycket mer komplexitet än vad man kan hitta i vissa andra/tredjeviner från Bx. Tät mörk färg, stor doft av mörka körsbär, plommon, blåbär, lite tobak, choklad, kryddor. Soft munkänsla men ändå bra struktur. Koncentrerad frukt med lager på lagerkänsla. Stor energi som gör att det händer mycket. Lång finish som kommer i vågor.

Drack detta på en BYOB för nästan två år sedan och blev överförtjust. Tycker inte det hänt så himla mycket med vinet sedan dess. Det är fortfarande väldigt fruktdominerat och voluptuous.

Balance, precision and energy. Tight, elegant with a vibrant 08-acidity. Wonderful texture. Citrus, some toffee, white flowers. Long chalky finish. Love it ❤️. Still young, happy I bought several cases of it.
