Very nice and complex with all 4 grape varieties. Still tannic though. Decant a minimum of 1 hour and can age for a good number of years still.

Loved this! Great QP! Light hazy orange. Racy nose with some spice, tiny bit floral, and maybe white pepper. Very nice structure, vinous, good acidity with strong backbone supporting it. Slight bitter finish that makes you come back for it!

In its style, this really knocks it out of the park. The color, cloudy amber reddish/pink/orange. High minerality. Sour notes but not overpowering the rest, strawberries, yeasty.

Solid Gamay from Ganevat! Decanted for at least one hour. Very jammy, starwberries, little red fruits. Nice complexity with minerality and earthiness. Very well balanced funk and brett, not overpowering the fruit, which is the highlight here. Rustic, natural, and definitely worth every penny! I wish I had more!
Will buy again.

A HELL of a pet nat! Incredibly well done, well balanced, great complexity and deep structure. Light amber-gold color. Creamy and yeasty (bread yeast) with fine sharp bubbles. Nice greek natty rosé. Wild, funky, tannic, dry. Strawberries, tomatoe acidity, vegetal notes, some sea salt maybe? Brett yeasty notes as well.

Interesting tasting this unique Gringet grape from reknown Belluard producer.
Toasted brioche, confit lemon, some pear, slightly oxidative, and good minerality.
Fine bubbles, nice creamy foamy texture and long finish. This beats many Champagnes out there.
