Delicious! Tons of jam. This is a big wine. Needs to open up at this point, although we were so excited to have it after trying it in the tasting room in Napa that we poured it as soon as it arrived. It opened up as we drank it. Luckily we have 2 more bottles.

I tried this after the 2012. I thought the 2012 was a little more bold and intense, but both very enjoyable, smooth, and interesting. A little fruity and also earthy, medium bodied.

Very nice, light (almost medium though) bodied with strong flavors. Tasted of fruit and spice. It was even smoother after an hour. Really nice, easy to pair with many foods and/or just enjoy on it's own.

Medium bodied,berry fruit - blueberry, blackberry. I think this wine goes with cheese or any food. And it's fine alone too.
The wine looks garnet colored.
It smells like oak, pine and lead pencil.
The wine finishes medium.
Opened up after and hour - really delicious at that point.
Update - finished the bottle on the second day - still excellent.

Definite fruit, which is nice. Too much leather and earth for me. Good finish, doesn't drop off. Just not something I enjoyed.
