Texas Independence Day requires the type of wine Walker Texas Ranger should be seen smashing over bad guys' heads...no time for being overly sweet...for round-housing them to the face for being unruly somewhere on 6th Street...that pairs well with a triple Whataburger...

Opened on my 29th birthday (birth year). It's remarkable how great this wine is! It's tasting it's best at the 2 hour decant mark which is crazy for a wine this old...a truly special wine!
