Drinking beautifully. Anise, fennel, forest floor.

Burgundian cat pee, stone, lemon. Drinking well now, seems built to last. Quite a deal on closeout for $6.99.
White - Off-dry

Tried this tonight for the first time in a year. Love this wine: like peach juice on the tongue, but then with a zingy, acidic finish that cleanses the tongue before the sweetness can stick. Peach and petrol on the nose. Concentrated almost like a dessert wine, but with a long, stonier finish. Yum, yum, yum, yum, yum.
White - Sparkling

Fresh more than any yeast. With bok choy and garlic shrimp, this was more of an enjoyable palate-cleanser than a contender in itself, but enjoyable. Store-bought today, cool but not cold; would like to try again. At this point, I'd rather go with a lower-priced Gruet, but certainly nothing wrong with this one.

Dare I say, reminds me of a Ridge zinfandel in its combination of spiciness, cranberry/tobacco notes, mid-level intensity, lack of heat, and pleasant mouthfeel. Consumed with unpasteurized green olives and breaded goat cheese. Highly recommended, especially for QPR.

Still alive and enjoyable. 13.5% alcohol level listed on the bottle. Classic aged zin, soft, raspberry (more dried than candied) and dust.

Can't complain, having found this for $13 and knowing the vintage had been poor. Beautiful, complex, evolving nose of flowers and raspberry; light on the palette but enjoyable.

Shockingly youthful. Dense, berry-ful, but with a zing as well. Bay leaf and blackberry.

Violets, dust, and then plenty of black licorice on the nose and especially palate once it opened up. At first it seemed past its prime, but opened and stayed engaging throughout dinner.
White - Sparkling

Croissant and almond paste on the nose. Honey and bubbles on the palette. In fine condition.

Vivid cola and cherry. Oak an integral part, but well-integrated.
