Fruit forward. Still has legs , coffees, cassis, substantial alcohol. Has been aging 6 years in my cellar. Was expecting more, but still pretty decent.

First sip was not a pleasant experience, but as it opened up, it become much smoother and velvety. Let it age or flash decant it if you want to drink it now.

Maybe it will get better with age. Let it sit for a couple of years first.

When first opened, it's like being punched in the mouth with a fist full of fruit. After it took a deep breath and calmed down, it was full and complex, maintaining a very strong berry overtone. It slowly evolved into a very smooth gem that soothed the pallet. I thoroughly enjoy it which was very surprising since I don't often sample Niagara wine, but I think I will try some more. I shall enjoy my other bottle with my neighbour acoulson. Cheers!
