Delicious elegant and complex gamay. Light bodied and with significant acidity at 12.3% abv. No need to cellar this longer as it is perfectly fine after some air.

Two hours of decanter which it really needed. Already in a good early drinking window with silky and present tannins and good fruit density.

In a very good place right now. For me it has entered its second drinking plateau and is very baroque but has gained a lot of balamce since the last bottle. Can still round out in the coming years but some personal preferences might prefer it now. Full bodied with some sweetish notes and bright acidity. Yellow fruited and tertiary riesling aromas. Great wine!

Good balance and super concentrated. This in on the heavier side for riesling but a solid acidity makes up for the weight. In an inbetween state neither young nor mature. Good to drink now but for sure better in 3 - 5 years.

This is how good a young chasselas/ferndant can get. Super clean and focused, with perfect balance and charming fruit. Drink soon for the primary version or keep for a decade to get something outstanding.

This one was fantastic! Wow awhat a complexity and such a balance from a wine so reduced four years ago. Wonderfully round and almost sweetish with some tertiary notes. Delicious and perfect to drink now

Rather high acidity for this wine. Semsible wood, slightly low extract shining through when it gets a bit warmer. Very good and fresh wine! Drinking perfectly right now and with food.

Very bright and fruity. Low acidity but the good concentration makes it a really enjoyable wine. Definitely one to drink young and very delicious after half an hour of air.

Very serious Cremant/Sekt. super dry and chalky. It needs some aeration to give itself. High acidity and lean body. Don't drink it too cold. Only for lovers of very dry sparkling wines.
