Intense tannins and finish that persisted until approx. 1 hour of decanting. Still pleasant through 3.5 hours. Dark dry cherries, not overly sweet, earthy finish.

Surprisingly well structured for an inexpensive bottle. Good clarity, lackluster bouqet. Cranberry and other high acid red fruit on mid palate. Medium/long finish, especially for the price point.
