Bright pale golden hue in the glass greets you like a soft morning sunrise. Fresh exotic citrus, perhaps a hint of lemongrass, peach and mango emerge, then a streak of brilliant mineral-ladden acidity, before a crescendo-ing finish.

2018 Optimist, a Syrah, Grenache, Rousanne, Petit Verdot blend that's utterly lovely, savory, worthy, with a nice spice emerging as the wine opens up.

Juicy, fresh, bright acidity, full bodies (for a Bojo), and very enjoyable.

Straight from the importer, the two bottles we’ve sampled so far have been stellar and young. In fact both were even better day 2 (at which point we finished of the bottles unable to restrain ourselves). Highly recommend.

This IS oyster wine. Perfect pairing, and give this bottle a little nod. It will keep developing for hours. Quit complex and a steal for the price.

From a historical 'clos' originally planted in the 1600's. Decanted for 6 hours. Lush, vibrant, with great minerality, and red berry fruit. this wine drinks more like a grand cru burgundy than a traditional dense chewy gigondas. grab some while you can. should age well for 15-20 years.

Delicious for the price with depth and structure. But decant!!! Right out of the bottle it is closed, and some might feel disappointing, but
after an hour in the decanter it really begins to shine. A great food wine too!

wow! bright, clean fruit, soft mousee, tiny bubbles, really extraordinary. may not be the most complex rose out there but for flavor alone it is in my top 5.

WOW! This reminds me more of a chassagne-montrachet wine. really and truly. lots of minerality, lemon zest, no apparent oak, no fat over ripe california fruit. this is truly something! and 13% alcohol. very classy.
