Agree with DF1962 on their notes. Cherry with some mineral and herbal notes. Excellent value here. Will buy more as an everyday drinker. Went very well with pork tenderloin.

First ever English sparkling I have tried and this was very nice. Pale salmon colour. Light bubbles with faint raspberries on the nose. Enjoyable.

Paired beautifully with roast beef for Xmas dinner. Notes of dark fruit with cocoa. Well integrated tannins. Long life ahead. 2 hours decant. Will try the next bottle 5 years from now.

Stunning flavours on the palate. Long finish combined with perfect acidity. This will age well. All wrapped in 7.75%. An absolute beauty.
