It is a big, powerful wine but has a certain elegance that keeps it interesting. Not a huge amount of sediment. Decanting is recommended for aeration.

Nice S. Blanc more Sancerre like which I prefer. Some gooseberry emerges with air and warming. Plenty of acidity and salinity. Long finish with pith. Yum!

Well-made and clean. Plenty of tension in this wine with subdued fruit. However, drinking on the warmer side and give it air makes it a pleasant drink.

Nice age to drink this. Lighter red fruit balanced smooth tannin and acidity. Fun to drink!

Now a translucent red color with lighter edges at the current 11-year age. Cherry, anise, earth aromas. Much finesse on the palatte. Well balanced aged wine from obviously ripe and balanced grapes to begin with. Nice balanced minerality and acidity, spice on the long finish. This is a great time to drink this.

Yellow color. Aromas of apricot, mango, peach, spice. This is a very rich full-bodied wine with some residual sugar making it off-dry more than sweet. Long intense finish. Very enjoyable.

Very tight red fruit, good acidity. Very fresh, linear. Some air, even two days worth, broadens the structure nicely. Could age much longer.

Reminds me of a Bourgogne Blanc with just the right amount of oak. Not typical of California Chardonnay.

Transparent gold color. Nose of lychee, lime, and peaches. Plenty of body acidity salinity is this full flavored wine. Really enjoyable!

This is a fantastic and interesting wine. Full body at low 12% abv, with abundant fruit, Salinity, and long finish. Rather like a great reisling and chablis all in one.

Not a typical chardonnay although full bodied. Pineapple nose with ample acidity, body, and minerality. Unique and very interesting.

This is so excellent. Nice acidity, fruit, and a nice thread of salinity. Medium to full bodied. Blossoms as it warm from refrigerator temperature.

This is an intensely flavored wine with almonds (some acceptable oxidation), strong acidity, salinity, and citrus pith to the extent that without food I had a hard time with it. Next day with food it was very good.

Rather honeyed with peachy fruit. Rich and full-bodied but not overdone. Acidity is moderate. Finish is broad. Excellent and highly enjoyable wine.

Fairly light wine with rather large sized bubbles. The bubbles do fade quickly. Well made obviously. Some nice fruit even at 5 years old as it is now. I would have expected more brioche based on 36 months on lees.
