Vin très particulier, mais je trouve vraiment très intéressant. C'est le vin à ouvre lorsque tu te dis que tu devrais boire une bière, mais que tu préfères ouvrir une bouteille de vin. Goût très fumée, mais chaque gorgée en appelle une autre! Sur le bord d'un feu ou au bbq, se fin saura charmer la majorité par sa fraîcheur et son acidité. J'ai trouvé un bel accord avec des mets indiens, il sait coupé à travers épices et parfums exotiques! Bref, la prochaine fois, j'en achète encore plus!

I didn't detect any smoke taint or reduction. High acidity and dryness. Coteaux champenois style. Not blown away, but good wine with substance and length. Great pairing with grilled salmon or chicken.

Sparkling wine with ice wine dosage. The ice wine kills the ending acidity but its not to sweet. It's interesting enough.

Un Syrah fruit bomb. Un peu de viognier amène une buvavilité très intéressante. Un pur plaisir.

Fantastic discovery. Needs 2-3 hours of decanting. Blueberry tart. Pair with duck, foie gras, cheese and bitter chocolate fondant.
