Opened 5 hours before, double decanted. Absolute stunner, in great shape for drinking now but also should have years more. Impressive.

Nose of a slight egg custard and a hint of yeast almost half baked bread. Slight oxidiation and almost fortification way in the background

Palate Not a zipping freshness more of a flat tonic in both feel and taste. Slightly faded, lacks brightness but is serious and intriguing.wax bean skin

After about 90 minutes the wine is clearly evolving in the glass. Bit of a surprise. Now getting a bit of small red fruit, cherry, butter and a predominance of citrus with Lemon Curd and lemon peel.I wish this was a mag so we could keep tracking it movement but oh well. 😊

nice aged Chablis. Tons of character, interesting color. Mid weight, balanced. A lot of interesting things on the palate. Citrus, butter, hints of wood and smoke, some classic minerality and oyster shells.

Nice nose, cranberry , Rasberry, red fruits, high acid but well balanced . Mid palate old world. Would be great with food. Well liked by our group. Good value will be buying more.

Great nose. Tart fruit. Nice balance and finish.Needs an hour to open may be even better with a few more years in the cellar.
