Good for a bit but definitely tiered for my taste

Took about 3 hours for this one. Out of the gate it was really rough. After a few hours it woke up. Mint, bandaids. Lots of character. I’ll buy this again.

Dope! This vinyard produces fantastic wine for a fraction of the big boys. Id buy all of this I can find.

The wine looks purple colored. The legs are medium. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like raspberry, red currant, blackberry, blueberry, lemon, cherry, coffee, oak, black pepper and tobacco. The body is light/medium. The wine has silky texture. The wine finishes long. The wine has medium acidity.

Nice bottle. Black in color. 80% Cab-10% Cab F-5% Merlot-5% PV. Will be great in 10 or 15 years. Needs Meat! Thick!

Dope bottle. Give these 10 years. I have 4 left. 80% cab 10% CF 5% PV 5% Merlot. Love the bottle. Price point is outstanding. Drinks like a 300.00 bottle.

Stores well. About as high as you can get. Funky out of the gate. Nice wine. Lots of cherry, gravel, cigar box. Medium body. The younger ones will store well. Still has Acid.
Red
Wish I could fined more of this. Last one. 2012 is unbelievable. 100% Dope!

12 will drink for several more years which is why I want more.

Strawberry, Rasberry, oak, both Vanilla and Chocolate. Bold in front and back. Not super sweet. Very, very good.

Strong body. Wife says it needs food. This would be super Baller with some of the most redneck BBQ you can find.

Super impressed.

Well this 2011 is just about done. I would say drink it now. It’s a bit rough at opening. I’ll leave it for an hour, close it up and try it again tomorrow.

On the nose today... Raisins, leather, plum, and wet dog. Tastes of plum, spice, a little oak, Vanilla.

Medium body, Dry

Day two...... not any real change. Poured it out.

Never experienced a Pinot from Burgundy. I have 9 left and will share them with my closest friends. This is dope! Smooth next to none on the tannins. Traditional old world color. My impulse is right bank. 13%

It’s been an hour. Extremely smooth. Earth, Coffee, Leather, Cherry, not a lot of Oak.

No sediment either.
Red
No bad not bad.. Medium body, good tannins, Deep Purple in Color. However the smell was easy.

Taste after an hour has Black Cherry, Pencil Lead, Vanilla, kinda earthy.

I liked it. Needs few more years in my opinion.

2013 Seña Aconcagua Valley Red Bordeaux Blend (view label images)
Mondavi blessed this New World blend from Chile and it shows well. In my opinion this should wait a few more years. Tastes young

Dark fruits in color nice rim. Oak, leather, chocolate and cherry.
A bit woodsy out of the gate, medium Tannins. Spice, lavender. Red fruit and chocolate. 14.0

Fantastic bottle by Julia and Frank Husic
Red fruit (Strawberries, Raspberries, Cherries)
Medium finish. Silky
Honey, Graphite, oak, really earthy.

I have one bottle left. Would buy more if I could find it.

This $25.00 Petite Syrah drinks like $100.00.

Super Dark in color, Oily, Coates the glass. On the nose Black Cherry, Curant, Spice, Oak, fresh cut grass, some asfault.

Not bad at all. Impressive taste. Sweet pepper, bacon, cherries, as good as Machete.
Red
Huge out of the gate. Needs time. Really long legs, Bing Cherries, French Oak, Apricot, Spice.. Tough decision to drink, could have been bad as the cork broke. Not a pile of Tannins yet. (Open about 20 min) like my wife Shannon, she gets better with age. Spicy!
Red
Big bottle! Intense Palate!

Big Tannins in the bottle. Out for awhile they calm a bit. Smoky, Acid, Dark Fruit, wine is elegant but will stay for awhile at the house.

She gets better each taste, her lags are long, a bit of attitude, big time if she is allowed to air the vibe...

Nice on the nose.. long decant.

Spice, Cocoa, Sour Cherry, needs meat to enjoy. Dark Chocolates, Earth. I could go a few more years. My bride gets better with age in comparison need time to breath. Don’t rush her fragrance. Let the time determine the strength.

Boom! This is the one tonight. On the nose..... Charcoal, Plum.

Long legs, Sweet velvety Tannins describes my wife Shannon and this bottle. 5’9” and complex. Currant. Not a lot of Oak here. I actually finished the bottle before my review and would like to open another one.

14.3. Needs about 30 min to run and food.
Red - Sweet/Dessert
Looks like Pinot.

Smells great out of the gate. Apricot, Vanilla, Maraschino Cherry, Cigar Box.

I’m drinking this with Stomp Cheese and a very nice bottle of 2007 M. Though it may be smell confusing, If you like Black Licorice, Vanilla this is you. It’s very sweet but balanced. Rich, Powerfull completely changed after 10 min of opening. The Powerful fruit and Richness of the Licorice Is my wife Shannon. She is ever changing and the age makes a huge difference in the class. Especially when she’s mad. Lol. The main word for the bottle is Balanced!

Decanted.... Got this from Underground Cellar. Very dark coming out of the bottle. Almost Black. Super excited to try it. Big Oak fills the air as it comes out.

On the nose Super Oak, Apricot, Black Cherry, Plum, Asphalt, and strangely enough Campfire.

In the glass, Silky Smooth, oily, and reminds me of my bride as it is Complex and powerful Commands and great glass and food as you pour it.

Very tasty after 30 min. Black Cherry, Currants, Tobacco, silky going down with a subtle spice. If there was a downfall, probably needs to be a bit older. Would be great in 2021

Not bad, Not bad. Wine maker dedicated to bottle to family.
