Cherry coke, vanilla, espresso, mint. A charming Cali Pinot Noir. The best choice with porterhouse steak at tonight!

15% abv. Wild rose, Strawberry, red cherry, thick herbal scent, forest, a few minerality were shown. Tannin was very soft and easy. Almost like to an elegant pinot noir without any sweetness, but having deeper expression. 2016 PdB riserva is great now and will be greater in time.

100% Nebbiolo, 14.5% ABV. Violet, cedarwood, various spices, strawberry. Classic Nebbiolo, but having modern style also. Already approachable. Sweat and mellow. I love it mostly.

12/6/21, 4:37 AM - I have heard that via nuova leads to use french barrique, than I expected modern Barolo style but it was quite classy. Meanwhile, It was easy to drink already also, definitely silky.

Nutty, citrus, lemon and candied palate. Fresh and young, but enjoyable already. Decant 2 hours needed for now.
