Never had a blend like this before but this was a beautiful wine. A bit pricy unfortunately. But if you live near the winery it isn't too bad ordering direct.

An interesting wine. I felt it was more reminiscent of a cider or beer in terms of taste. Citric and peach notes. A patio starter for sure.

Way too much brett. Couldn't enjoy it properly. Decanted for a day and it was still there.

Drank this with a uni and ikura donburi. Delicious combo.

This wine would work with a lot of different cheeses. From bries to washrinds to firmer goat or sheep.

Good value chianti. Firm dry cheeses for this one. You can definitely enjoy this with some pecorino.
Try it with a little pecorino affienato or tartufo.

Drank this wine with some Ines Rosales thyme tortas and oveja con trufo. What an amazing combination.
I'd recommend picking up some form of manchego style cheese with this wine. Dry, salty sheep cheeses probably benefit a lot from this one. Any aged pecorino would be good as well. From France I'd recommend mimolette, salers, cantal or a more aged Pyrenees sheep cheese like Abbay de Beloc. Cloth bound cheddars would also do the trick. You could get away with things like valencay if it isn't too creamy but it won't enhance the wine overtly.

Drank this with pesto and pork pasta. Delicious wine. Very sweet and fruit forward.
Tried with Aged mimolette - good. Didn't enhance the flavour too much.
Pecorino tartufo - didn't enhance much
Vacca Rosso Parmigiano - good combo.
Stilton - enhanced.
Benefits from very salty cheeses. As well as some blues.
Probably could get away with a firmer brie. Camembert or soft washrind on this one.

I like this wine but I'm not confident in giving it a rating since I'm not familiar with carbonated wines. I'll update this rating when I've drank more

Impressively strong. First tasting had it with cheese and bread. (Mimolette, pecorino tartufo, chateau du burgogne, colston Bassett Stilton). Impressed but not overly.
Second tasting with chocolate dessert and macarons. Much more impressive. Chocolate mousse, tart and macaron.
Save this wine for dessert and enjoy with chocolate or berries. I assume this wine just benefits from eating sugar.

Nice and citrusy with tons of lemon.
After about 2 hours the nose became very off. Almost like catpiss.
Would recommend drinking this fast. It went off quite fast.
Overall, I would drink, just fast.

Tried right out of the bottle and it was quite tight. Decanted for 3 hours. Opened up a little nicer. Wasnt great. Wasnt bad.
I wouldn't buy the same year. But I'd be willing to try another year.
