Needs time in the decanter. Patience is rewarded. Lots of depth and character. Classic Pauillac flavors.

Had this wine on Thanksgiving and enjoyed it. Just a solid all around chardonnay.

Just plain good. Needs some time in the decanter to get started, but right in the pocket of what good wine should be. Nice.

Decanted for about an hour before sipping commenced with a cheese board. Really nice after decanting, but be aware that there is a window of prime drinking. The last of the wine was consumed at about 5+ hours and it had turned to sour cherries. Don't be turned off by this, it's drinking great. Just be sure to enjoy after 1 hour and before ~4 hours.

Really good after a 2 hour decant. Subtle minerals are supported by very good purple fruits. Yummy.

Lovely. Give it a short decant to enjoy all it has to offer. Very elegant and nuanced with minerals, light red fruit and flowers.

Can't complain. Great for the value. Certainly not comparable to fancy stuff, but this doesn't taste cheap either. Enjoy.

Beautiful dark color, subtle but complex nose that included red and blue fruits along with some earth minerals. Bright and fabulous after about a one hour decant. Stunning wine.

Brilliant nose that was mostly floral and red berries. Decanted for about 45 minutes, sipping along the way to measure its progress. Very elegant. Even though the 1997 vintage was not as strong as many others, this was still worthy. Just super.
