7/11/21, 10:00 PM - Yes
6/22/21, 12:55 AM - Pop n pour
11/21/20, 4:49 PM - I believe it is in its prime window now
3/12/20, 10:21 PM - Not sure if it will ever unfold, however I would at least give it a few more years, so it has a chance.
4/10/15, 2:46 PM - Yes
5/5/14, 8:04 AM - To me, 2008 Bordeaux in general seems not to have closed down. I have enjoyed many different bottles with pleasure during both 2012 and 2013. Difficult to judge their cellaring potential, but probably no need to hurry, while, as said, most are also quite enjoyable already now. I have not tasted the Branaire-Ducru since my note in 2011 and will probably hold back for a couple of more years
8/26/13, 11:03 AM - It was good, but in my opinion starting to shut down. In general, I like young CdPs and typically "test" them at this stage, but after 4 or 5 years most shut down to revive again after 10+ years. I find 07 and 09 deep, intense and for the long haul, but they have also been excellent in their young age. Haven't tasted 07 for quite some time and will start to hold back on the 09s, while enjoying younger CdPs, 08, 06, 04 and older
