👃 Floral. Cherry. Minerals.

👀 Dark bright ruby.

👅 Young. Complex. Consistent with the nose. Tight and grippy now. Medium acidity and body. Some noticeable heat. Needs a bit of age but delicious and “different” from other Gamay.

👅 12.5% abv, some grip to tannins in the first hour that melted away over next few hours, medium acid, medium body, flavors matching the aromatic profile. Delicious and ready to go but should have another few years ahead of it.
