September 28, 2019 - Bad premox, several of these have been premoxed.

November 3, 2018 - Oxidized, had that petrol, fermented honey issue. Would have otherwise been delicious.

March 31, 2017 - Pleasant but nothing great.

December 17, 2016 - Nose of apricot and butterscotch, leading to caramel apple on the palate. Slightly bitter finish. Quite enjoyable with some light Greek food.

September 2, 2016 - Wax, custard, butterscotch, and honeysuckle married with intense citrus. Savory undertones. Really good.

Sources vary on the percentages of semillon and sauvignon blanc. Many sources say 80% sauvignon blanc, 20% semillon; other sources say 20% sauvignon blanc, 80% semillon; and still other sources propose different combinations. My own impression is that semillon is dominant, but that is probably because semillon is much heavier than sauvignon blanc, not because semillon is present in a higher percentage. I think 80% sauvignon blanc, 20% semillion is probably about right.
