March 21, 2020 - Fine Wine Dinner #1 (Barsac Wine Bar, Gothenburg): Petrol, dried apricots, chalk, smoke, winter apples. Quite complex. On the palate a bit too mellow for my taste, would have liked just a bit more zing to the acids. Still very good.

August 26, 2017 - Tasted blind. Lots of petrol on the nose, crazy minerality, concentrated and the sweetness is beginning to subside. Delish.

February 21, 2013 - Auslese d'Allemagne (Chapitre 20, Paris 4e, France): Nous voici sur un Riesling évolué, à la robe d'or moyennent soutenue.
Le nez frappe par son originalité, la fumée, le fruit exotique (papaye...) puis quelques instants après une note d'hydrocarbure (pas pétrole pour autant) dont jusqu'à présent j'avais simplement entendu parler mais qui était perçue par tous cette fois. Au palais, le fruit exotique reprend le dessus avec cette finesse particulière due à l'alcool bas et à l'acidité sous-jacente bien que moins vive que dans les précédents. Longueur remarquable pour finir. A essayer à table même sur des volailles (aux citrons confits ?) -
