January 28, 2023 - Keller & Haart tasting (Concept Riesling, Düsseldorf, Germany): Probably the biggest wine tonight. The deep golden colour suggests a healthy dose of botrytis, which is confirmed in the nose and on the palate. Sweeter than the 2021 besides it. A clear difference between the pre- and post-2017 Keller style. The 2011 has a lot more body. It's intesely herbacious and creamy. Almost like a white Grand Cru Burgundy.

Drunk over two days. On day one very good. A bit 2011 warmth, some crushed stones and pineapple. On day two it was fully there! Great energy, tension, freshness and precision. Really beautiful and for sure somewhere around 93-94 (day one 91-92)
