  June 21, 2016 - Can't Bear Another Outstanding Lunch? (Taberna Palo Cortado - Madrid): Strangely it was a heavy texture sherry, too fat in the mouth, with density but without acidity.
  Shorty, we didn't find the freshness of " en rama " moreover was getting bad length unused to match the meal. Fiasco.
  
  Extrañamente era un jerez de textura pesada y paso por boca muy gordo, con densidad pero sin acidez.
  En resumen, no encontramos la frescura de "en rama" y su escasa longitud no servía para acompañar la comida. Fiasco.

  May 20, 2016 - This fino has more yeasty savoriness than most finos and less briny verve. The texture is yeasty too. It's possibly the yeastiest wine I've ever drunk. That's not a bad thing; I like yeast.

  November 2, 2015 - Quite light and easy drinking for en rama. Rich citrus nose.
  Drinks reminiscent of some white burgundies.
  Prefer the Manzanilla but this is also excellent.

  August 19, 2015 - Saline, almond and praline. Very creamy texture for Fino. Flor comes through on attractive bitter, dry finish.
