August 12, 2021 - Perrieres Tasting (Chez Winefool): A successful 2004 where the herbs are more of an accent vs. a green distraction. Palate has medium body and a degree of plushness to the fruit, which is a positive relative to most 2004s.

August 12, 2021 - Perrières Tasting: Mostly Meursault Whites, plus Méo-Camuzet Reds (The Winefool - Chicago IL): Single blind in 04/05/06 vertical. Popped-and-poured. Slightly green and herbaceous but still fresh and good balance. Easily identified as the 2004, but a relative success for that problematic vintage.
