  December 19, 2020 - Really great rosé champagne. Fantastic balance of fruit and brioche character with dry acidity. Evolved in glass over the hour+ of enjoyment. Only potential knock, which kept it from earning a higher score, would be that it wasn't quite as complex as some of the best champagnes we've had.

  September 3, 2020 - Medium bubbles, Pale copper/dark salmon color. On the nose yeast, powerful. Good intensity of fruit and flavour. Medium to long finish.

  August 22, 2020 - Pale copper with pink tint. Prominent aging/lees on nose, more yeast and less wood than expected. Solid flavour, rich yammy figs / walnuts / roasted almonds, brioche and brandy, almost caramel/syrup and ever so slight honey. Fruits appear now & then. Good stuff, brings with it a renewed personal renaissance for both Bollinger and rosé champagne.
