Very light at first, oaky frame (8 months), fresh citrus, med acidity, mineral, the palate is soft and roung, light with short finish.
Other than experimenting, I really can't see the point

Beautiful rich perfume showing ripe red fruit, the alcohol stands a bit taller with some herbal notes.
There is an alcohol heat in the palate too, the red fruit is clean and fresh, the herbal notes again, the oak presence is minimum, pure, well balanced sweetness, med body and finish.

The nose is developed, much more on the nutty side, alcohol and nail polish stand much taller with a bit of oak in the back.
In the palate, the wine is easier, candied white fruit, dried peach, spicy with bits of chocolate, smooth, med body and finish.

The wine seems to have the perfect balance between the alcohol and sugar, buckets of dried red fruit, coffee beans and cinnamon flavored biscuits.
In the palate, the wine is smooth, a bit of alcohol heat but nothing too aggressive, smooth sweetness, med bodf, candied fruit, fruit liquer, red fruit, leather, cinnamon and coffee, chocolate infused long finish.

Impressive bright red color and the nose (oddly enough) is dominated by fresh red fruit, very lively and fresh.
In the palate, the wine is again very fresh and beautifully balanced, pure red fruit, round, a bit of alcohol heat, almost like chewing fruit pulp,med to full body, med to long finish.

The alcohol kicks in, the fruit is more on the dried side of the spectrum, beans and bits of coffee and chocolate, some spicy and oak notes too.
Very rich mouthfeel, impressive, alcohol heat, nice acidity that keeps the balance. Considering its age, this is very fresh and youthful, quite fruity, dried fruit flavored med to long finish.

Fully developed aroma filled with white and red dried fruits, coffee and chocolate, vanilla biscuit and a certain oak note that reminds me of fine Speyside whisky.
In the palate, the wine is utterly balanced, ripe fruit, coffee and chocolate, med body, very elegant and delicate, the alcohol is fully integrated, very smooth with med to long finish.
Bloody outstanding quality
