A single vineyard Assyrtico from Amyntaion.
Very light at first, oaky frame (8 months), fresh citrus, med acidity, mineral, the palate is soft and roung, light with short finish.
Other than experimenting, I really can't see the point

Relatively green in the nose with herbs and asparagus, the palate follows the same pattern with some kiwi bits, med acidity, body and finish.

Lemon/lime in both nose and palate, a bit of acidity, some tropical fruit, easygoing, short finish

The nose shows ripe citrus aromas with flint and a salty nuance.
The palate is almost salty, very ripe citrus fruit, the oak is a bit upfront, buttery, honey, high acidity and med finish.

Qutie oxidative aromas, ripe to overripe citrus, white fruit, nail polish, oak and roasted nuts.
The palate is more aggressive, high acidity, dried white fruit, oak, full oxidative notes and long finish.

The palate is again rich, ripe citrus fruit, salty, med to high acidity, roasted nuts, developed, still going though, med to long nutty flavored finish

Fully developed and gone downhill, once again

Very thick dense core of ripe red and black fruit, the palate copies the density of the nose, ripe black fruit, figs, still very tight, med to full body, balancing acidity but you can seet this still needs time in a decanter. When in a good day, this still is one of the finest Greek reds

The nose shows white fruit and some gamey notes, the palate is the same, pergamont, white fruit, Brett notes, med to high acidity, med finish.

The nose is fully floral, with green fruit, lemon (fruit and leaves), the palate is rounder, showing a bit more tropical fruit, nice texture, nice acidity and med finish.

TIght and mineral in the nose, showing equal amounts of citrus and flint notes. The palate is richer, ripe white fruit, med body and acidity, med finish. Easy drinking

The nose shows floral notes, ripe strawberry, red cherry, smells sweet but I was told its entirely dry. The palate s dry, high intensity of flavors, red cherry and berry, quite balanced due to the acidity, med body and finish.
Interesting

Round, easy to drink, clean white fruit, citrus and lemon, the palate feels almost off-dry, very easy to drink, mild, straightforward, a party wine to have on its own.

Round, filled with brioche, sweet oak, ripe fruit, the palate is dominated by the oak, ripe fruit, lemon, med body, med to high acidity and med finish. Still tight

The oak feels more upfront, buttery and brioche with ripe fruit.
The palate shows fresh buttery notes, ripe citrus, peach, round, roasted nuts, med body, med to long finish.

The oak is even more upfront here, full on buttery wines with the fruit staying way in the back. The palate shows more oaky notes again, brioche and ripe whtie fruit, full body, acidity that tries to keep the balance, lemon infused med finish.

The nose shows red fruits, tobacco and gamey notes.
The palate shows more gamey notes, med acidity, ripe red fruit, soft tannins even though it feels a bit tight still (so give it some time in the glass to open up), med finish.

The nose is quite elegant, showing clear red fruit with some oak and tobacco notes.
In the palate, the wine is showing nicely, tasty ripe red fruit, thin oak frame, balanced, ncie acidity, almost light in body, med finish

This is one has lemon-y core, thin oak frame, hazelnut and walnut, in the palate the oak is less though, the fruit is more clean, again delicate, nutty, with more pronounced acidity and med finish

Fully yeasty still, oak, buttery, ripe white fruit, the palate is very rich, showing again ripe white fruit and nutty flavors, med body and finish with bright lively acidity. Outstanding

Straightforward, a tad green, easy in the palate

The nose shows high notes of lemon, floral, citrus and oak. The palate turns a bit more earthy with the oak being more upfront, nutty with rounder (if not riper) citrus and tropical fruit. Elegant, showing med body, nice acidity and med to long finish. Great effort

Despite the above though, it feels leaner or less concentrated than previous vintages.

The nose shows overripe red and black fruit, resins and sweet oak. The palate is rich, again overripe fruit, earthy, resin, prunes, med body and finish. This would be easy to have on its own though

A beast of a wine, needs hours to open up, very dense in the nose, full ripe red and black fruit, thick oak frame, full body, big tannins and long finish. Its a safe choice if you like big bold wines

Fierce, lacking elegance, astringent, ripe black fruit, oaky, sweet spices, alcohol heat, disjoint, med finish.

Beautiful rich perfume showing ripe red fruit, the alcohol stands a bit taller with some herbal notes.
There is an alcohol heat in the palate too, the red fruit is clean and fresh, the herbal notes again, the oak presence is minimum, pure, well balanced sweetness, med body and finish.

The nose is developed, much more on the nutty side, alcohol and nail polish stand much taller with a bit of oak in the back.
In the palate, the wine is easier, candied white fruit, dried peach, spicy with bits of chocolate, smooth, med body and finish.

The alcohol dominates the nose alongside nail polish, more chocolate and coffee notes than fruit.
The palate is quite fierce, dried red fruit, coffee, liquorice, cinnamon, biscuit, med body and med to long finish.

The wine gets leaner and the alcohol is more obvious, the flavors are even more on the chocolate, coffee, liquorice and prune.
The palate is rounder than the 20yo, with handfuls of coffee, chocolate and cinnamon, sugar balancing the alcohol, med body and toast flavored med finish

The wine seems to have the perfect balance between the alcohol and sugar, buckets of dried red fruit, coffee beans and cinnamon flavored biscuits.
In the palate, the wine is smooth, a bit of alcohol heat but nothing too aggressive, smooth sweetness, med bodf, candied fruit, fruit liquer, red fruit, leather, cinnamon and coffee, chocolate infused long finish.
Outstanding

Impressive bright red color and the nose (oddly enough) is dominated by fresh red fruit, very lively and fresh.
In the palate, the wine is again very fresh and beautifully balanced, pure red fruit, round, a bit of alcohol heat, almost like chewing fruit pulp,med to full body, med to long finish.
Outstanding quality, insanely youthful

The alcohol kicks in, the fruit is more on the dried side of the spectrum, beans and bits of coffee and chocolate, some spicy and oak notes too.
Very rich mouthfeel, impressive, alcohol heat, nice acidity that keeps the balance. Considering its age, this is very fresh and youthful, quite fruity, dried fruit flavored med to long finish.

Fully developed aroma filled with white and red dried fruits, coffee and chocolate, vanilla biscuit and a certain oak note that reminds me of fine Speyside whisky.
In the palate, the wine is utterly balanced, ripe fruit, coffee and chocolate, med body, very elegant and delicate, the alcohol is fully integrated, very smooth with med to long finish.
