    October 1, 2017 - 47th Viceroy's B'Day; 9/28/2017-10/1/2017 (Restaurant La Piperna - Madrid): Mix of 70% sumoll and another 30% of Parellada. As expected, very rustic carbonic coming from the yeast with initial aromas of sulphur. Take a long time to dissipate, leaving a memory of fresh fruit. In the mouth its high acidity does not facilitate to enjoy this wine. For those who like this kind of things ...
