Very very creamy, gorgeous texture, complex and nutty. very good. showing the class of the vintage. -

December 20, 2021 - I found this pretty enjoyable; I haven't had lots of 08 bubbly yet as I'm letting most age; this seemed riper than I expected with some very ripe peach and pear notes, golden apple, and lemon peel; the palate has good depth and energy and a lovely finish. I suspect it won't compete with the top wines of the vintage, but was also quite a lot cheaper than most and provided quite a bit of pleasure

November 3, 2019 - Knightsbridge Annual Holiday Burgundy/Champagne Tasting and Sale (Northbrook, IL): Walk around tasting. Very berry throughout with good power and richness, yet also brightly textured with concentrated finish. Good now with upside.
