December 6, 2013 - Let there be no mistake, this is a big, borderline sweet California pinot. For what it is, it's also quite delicious. Still tons of fruit.

December 8, 2012 - Really liked this wine. Probably the best pinot that I have tasted. Complex nose that went beyond typical domestic pinots. Ripe red fruit, a little chocolate on the nose. Wonderful on the palate as well. Tannins and acidity were well-resolved. Probably could have cellared this for another 5 years, but it is drinking beautifully right now.

December 25, 2010 - No formal notes. Very consistent with the Wine Spectator review. Earth and game notes much more prominent than the fruit. Best with food in my view.
