January 20, 2024 - Pearl of Burgundy Gala Dinner 2024 (Four Seasons Hotel): Wow this is what age does to PYCM's wine. Lovely white flower with good freshness and acidity. Everything is place with super long finish

January 20, 2024 - Perfect time to have caught this today. Intense bouquet with flint, lemon curd and jasmine, translating on to an opulent palate with typical PYCM heft and weight. Outstanding minerality with mikan, spices and salinity on the palate. Oak has integrated nicely and this is drinking exceptionally today.

January 20, 2024 - Pearl of Burgundy gala dinner: Quite PYCM in style but so delicious and seemingly immune to premox so no complaints. A large-scaled wine with piercing acidity - a round texture and a little exotic/honey notes, but supremely balanced.

August 30, 2019 - From magnum. Intense matchstick aroma, viscous mouthfeel, opulent and satisfying, some oak on finish. This is a crowdpleaser no doubt.
