September 11, 2021 - Onklers Blind BYO (Sindre): Smells of sweet citrus, dried fruit, spices, figs, matches, and some faint wax. The wine has high acidity. Honey and citrus as the most prominent taste. Long with hints of cinnamon towards the end.

August 12, 2021 - Perrieres Tasting (Chez Winefool): This showed a lot more age than another bottle two years ago. Nose was subdued with oxidation weighing down the fruit and nut aromas. Palate felt a bit heavy as well.

August 12, 2021 - Perrières Tasting: Mostly Meursault Whites, plus Méo-Camuzet Reds (The Winefool - Chicago IL): Apple and nut butter cam across as slightly tired aromatically, then brighter and fresher on palate, with a long-ish finish. Bottles from this case have been very inconsistent, and tonight's was not as great as my previous two opened in the past two years.

May 28, 2020 - Meursault Perrieres Virtual Tasting (Planet Earth): Ripe apple with toasted almond and almond butter with an intense richness that works so well with the bright energy at the finish. So prototypically Meursault, but with the density that might hint at Grand Cru. Long, harmonious finish, this is so good now and likely to drink well for at least 5 more years, quite possibly 10.

August 29, 2019 - Lieu-dit Cur Blind White Dinner (S.K.Y.): Double blind 07/08 Lafon Charmes & 07/08 Grivault Perrières. A spectacular nose that is full of orchard fruit, florals and spice. Rich and chewy with well-integrated matchstick. Excellent precision and lift in the finish. An interesting contrast to the more brooding 2008.
