July 28, 2012 - OC4PokerXIV: Alsace vs Germany (and dinner) (Wine Cellar Club, Irvine, CA): PnP served non-blind at a CT offline. Dark straw toward golden brown color. All things considered, the color, condition were pretty solid. It's fair to say that its best days are behind it now, but there remain a few interesting qualities nonetheless. Most of the fruit has faded at this point, and the acids are clearly waning, what's left is a fair amount of r/s and serious tertiary aromas and flavors.
