5/26/2020 6:17:00 PM - Oh boy- I am not a searing acidity fan and went pretty long on these instead of the 167s. Ugh... I am ‘newer’ to champagne but am guessing just like still, without the stuffing the absorb the acidity it’s highly unlikely the pronounced acidity will integrate with age?
