Tuesday, April 4, 2023 - New-world: Great restraint but still identifiable as a US Pinot with dark red cherry fruit. Guessed 2015/16 Oregon since it wasn’t too jammy, so didn't think Cali. Was quite earthy too so if it wasn’t a new-world night it would’ve been a tough call between US or Burgundy. Pleasurable and contemplative at the same time, in a good spot with some development.
