Sunday, October 13, 2013 - White & Red Burgs & a Couple Others (Edina Country Club, Edina, MN): Light-medium red color. 3hr decant. Followed 2 glasses over 2+ hours. The nose has some nice floral qualities, cherry, earthy. The palate is a bit on the dry, tannic side, cherry, dark berry, spicy with distinct minerality. Interestingly, in reading back to notes from RJ 2 years ago, none of us found this be stemmy or green. Presumably this has benefited from some time in bottle.
