Tuesday, February 25, 2014 - Classic nose of sweet lime and strawberry, brown spice (cumin & nutmeg), powdered stone and flint. Very pristine and clear, racy and spicy. This enters softer (not soft) with lime, honey and spice. The palate isn't resolved yet - its got sweet lime, spice and minerals, but also has bitter peach pit extract that comes out in the end palate and the finish. I like this, but it seems to lie somewhere between the sweet spots of the light and ethereal Kabinetts and the burning and electric Urgluck. Nose - 5-5.5/6, Palate - 4.5/6, Finish - 4.5/6, Je ne Sais Quoi - 1/2 = 15-15.5/20.
