Asian Dinner with Mostly Riesling and Chenin (Irene's House, St. Paul): Very pale almost clear color. Drank 1 glass over 30 minutes. This suffered being flighted next to a most ambitious '13 Fritz Haag BJS. This came off particularly flat and simple. Apple, fusil, light body, thin middle, mineral dominant, finishes quite dry.

Slatey appley aroma. Slightly honeyed taste. A good wine but suffers a bit from a lack of brightness. Still I'm happy to quaff it down with Easter dinner of ham, potato salad, asparagus etc
