Friday, March 28, 2014 - Pale gold color. Drank 1+ glass over 90 minutes. Yeasty nose, mineral, spice, very light citrus, subdued. The palate is highly mineral driven, quite chalky mid and on the finish, mild citrus with a subtle pear note, yeasty.
