Friday, November 29, 2019 - I noted with the last bottle that it was too young. Honestly I feel the same again with this one. But perhaps I can see that the 2 and half years since the last bottle have shown some evolution. I'd just prefer the fruit to mellow a touch more. This could be really, really good in a couple more years. Or perhaps not.
