Thursday, March 5, 2020 - By the glass at Vino Volo in MSP. Nose is a bit green with grape leaf, dried herbs and a hint of an earthy barnyardy thing. Palate is bright and acidic and very refreshing. Notes of cherries, tobacco and char with hints of green stems and leaves. Would definitely benefit from food; could probably pair with almost anything from potstickers to pork tacos to chicken salad.
