Sunday, December 6, 2020 - Can never go wrong with Hebrart. 75% Pinot, 25% Chardonnay. Bright and clean red fruits, some aggressive bubbles. Light and airy style of champagne that isn’t too precise or driven, but the style works very well for Hebrart. I always find a certain honeyed sweetness for their wines and I recently found out it’s because of the use of MCR in the dosage. Perfect to be washed down with food.
