Saturday, May 11, 2019 - Jacques Selosse - horizontal tasting with Anselme Selosse (L'Esprit du Vin Copenhagen): Latest disgorging. Med. gold colour but nevertheless less oxidative style than Initial. However a lot of nutty aromas as well as brioche and bread dough. In the glass, the aromas develops (too) fast and get even more oxidative (close to sherry) as also experienced in cuvee Initial. 90+
